It's a simple and slim dark theme for IceWM. It has customized titlebar icons to match the style as well.
For installation, all you need to do is extract it into the ~/.icewm/themes directory for your user or /usr/share/icewm/themes for other users as well. Then it should show up in your themes menu after re-loading IceWM.
