New fixes for client side decoration windows:
* When restoring application windows that open maximized now the script never adds the window frame.
* After hot enable/disable client side decorations (ie. firefox "show title bar" customization) the script now works as expected.

Now clients with CSD window never have a wrong behaviour when they are maximized and restored.
In example, now the script works properly on Firefox with CSD enabled.

Now the script never applies to clients added without title.
With this fix the hacks from previous versions are no longed needed.

plasmashell (ie. the application menu widget)

- it works in all but one program
- the author fixed it in a matter of hours, so now 100% functional !
