Arc, Arc-Dark, and Arc-Darker Openbox titlebar themes (openbox-3 folders) to match the respective Arc gtk themes. Just download and copy folders to /home/.local/share/themes or /usr/share/themes and use obconf to select the theme. Titlebar bitmap images are 16x16 px to fit HiDPI displays, but unfortunately not low dpi screens. Font used is Liberation Sans and the icon set used is Paper.
