This IceWM theme could be really good, if it had some USEFUL colors. Using darkblue on grey is simply unfriendly to the eyes, especially if you have to work with your computer 8 hours a day. Some better contrasting colors would do the trick, e.g. some warm yellow or light blue instead of dark blue.
I'm glad to see some originality on this site. If it gets low ratings, its just because of immiture 12 year olds that only rate good on mac knockoffs.

a dern cool window decoration. very original and one the best i've seen in a long, long time. Neon isn't too shabby an effort either. ;)
