Final updated changes:
nbg selected darkened, some apps were
to similar in color.
openbox3 theme updated.
titlebar and menubar now unified
selected background little more glow
text colors now same in both themes
tooltip bg changed

On Screen Display was unreadable for items like the window switcher.
Updated and fixed.
