Ok this was NOT made by me. However...I adjusted it for openbox 3.4. It was made for openbox 3.2 by someone with a hack for the splitgradient windowheader. Becuase Openbox 3.4 has the functionality for split gradient built in, the hack is no longer necessary. The config file wasn't set up...
